At Willow & Co Fragrances, each product is handcrafted with care to ensure you receive only the highest quality items. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We will, however, happily provide a replacement in the event that your item:
- Is faulty, or
- Differs significantly from the description provided on our website.
To request a return under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:
- Your order number,
- A description of the issue, and
- Clear photos showing the fault or damage.
We may require the item to be returned before processing a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.
- We do not accept returns on used candles, sprays, or reeds unless there is a fault.
